WhatsApp is the world’s most used messaging application, which has introduced the message reaction feature to fulfill the long-standing desire of the users.
In November last year, WhatsApp announced that it would soon introduce a feature called Message Reaction for some users, after which it was introduced to a limited number of users in January.
However, in early April last year, WhatsApp management said that work was underway to further improve the feature and add additional reactions and that the feature would be released soon.
Now WhatsApp has introduced the said feature but now the mentioned feature on WhatsApp for users of many countries including Pakistan did not appear immediately but soon Pakistani users will also be able to use the said feature.
In a Facebook post on May 5, Mark Zuckerberg, head of the company that owns the WhatsApp company Meta, confirmed that the Message Reaction feature has been introduced on WhatsApp today. And additional reactions will be added.
He said that soon the feature will include other emotional reactions including help, thank you, and compliment emojis.
It should be noted that the said feature will work exactly like the way users express their opinion on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger messages through emojis.
