According to a report by Web Beta Info, WhatsApp management is working on a feature through which users will now be able to send messages on WhatsApp to numbers that are not stored on their mobile phones.
WhatsApp is currently unable to send messages to numbers that are not stored on the user’s mobile, but now there are reports regarding WhatsApp beta version 18.104.22.168 that the WhatsApp administration is working to resolve this issue.

According to a report by Web Beta Info, beta version users will be provided with a new option on tapping the number received in the chat bubbles, which will reveal some shortcuts on the screen, including the dial option user. The dialer will take you to the app.
With this option, WhatsApp will check whether your number is on WhatsApp or not. If the number is on WhatsApp, then WhatsApp will allow you to start chatting without saving the number.
However, if your shared number is not on WhatsApp, then this option will limit you to dial and add to contact.
