The Persona series is coming to Xbox. Finally, fans will be able to play more Persona games on platforms other than the PlayStation. The popular role-playing game franchise is coming to Xbox consoles, Atlus said on Sunday during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase.

Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal are all coming to Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Windows PC, with Royal arriving on October 21 and the other two titles following in 2023. All three titles will be available on Xbox Game Pass.

Persona is an Atlus turn-based JRPG series known for its unique, anime-like style and dramatic stories that follow the lives of its teenage warriors. Persona 5 Royal, the most current instalment in the core series, expanding on the original Persona 5. Joker, the game’s protagonist, joined Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a combatant.

Many of the Persona games have been confined to specific PlayStation systems. Persona 5 Strikers, a recent Musou spinoff, was released in 2021 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC. However, there haven’t been as many non-PlayStation releases for the mainstream titles. Persona 4 Golden was released on Windows PC in 2020, almost eight years after the original. Golden was previously exclusively available on the PlayStation Vita, and it is the only mainline game in the series to have a Windows PC version.
