PTA Renews Jazz License,Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited (Jazz) has renewed its licence with Pakistan Telecommunication Authority in accordance with the Federal Government’s Policy Directive (PTA).

The licence was extended for a sum of $486.2 million for a period of 15 years, with Jazz depositing 50% of the money, i.e. Rs. 44.54 billion (equivalent to $243.1 million), and the rest amount paid in 5 equal yearly instalments, with appropriate markup.
