Javed Miandad officially became part of the PCB Hall of Fame

Former Pakistan captain Javed Miandad has been inducted into the PCB Hall of Fame,Chief Executive PCB Faisal Hasnain presented an honorary cap and plaque to Javed Miandad for joining the PCB Hall of Fame.

Earlier, Wasim Akram, Fazal Mahmood and Zaheer Abbas also became official part of the PCB Hall of Fame.

On this occasion, Javed Miandad said that it is an honor for him to be a part of PCB Hall of Fame.He said that when a cricketer takes over the helm of Pakistan cricket, such welcome decisions are made.

Because they know how many sacrifices a player can make to reach this point. He said that whenever he came on the field, he did his best to contribute to the success of the team and his country.

He used to work hard to perform at his best. Javed Miandad said that he used to leave every good innings of his career in the past and look to the future.They tried to learn from their mistakes and perform well in the next match.He added that he was fortunate to have the best players of his time, who always supported and encouraged him, he is also grateful to the people of Pakistan for inspiring him in his career

On this occasion, Chief Executive of Pakistan Cricket Board Faisal Hasnain said that on behalf of Pakistan Cricket Board he congratulates Javed Miandad on joining PCB Hall of Fame.This is an acknowledgment of his immense services to cricket. He said that when Javed Miandad came on the field for batting, nothing was impossible.

It should be noted that Javed Miandad, 64, represented Pakistan from 1975-1996.۔ During this time he scored 16,213 runs in 357 international matches with the help of 31 centuries. Miandad scored 80 centuries and 139 half-centuries in his domestic career from 1973-74 to 1993-94, Where he scored 28,663 runs

Javed Miandad played the 1975 World Cup at the age of 18 and then won the 1992 World Cup in Australia under the leadership of Imran Khan. He represented Pakistan in 5 World Cups till 1996
