HBL is the first bank in Pakistan to provide ‘full-featured’ financial services over WhatsApp. The facility was developed in partnership with E.Ocean, a well-known provider of cloud communication services.
E.Ocean’s WhatsApp Business Platform will make HBL’s Conversational Banking available to its clients in 2021.
To utilize the service, HBL clients must send a message from the phone number on file with the bank to HBL’s WhatsApp number (021-111-111-425).
Customers of HBL will now be able to conduct payments and financial operations in addition to the existing information services through the ‘full-feature’ set of services.

Utility Bill Payment
Temporarily restrict or unblock a debit or credit card
